FAWSLEY FAYRE

Saturday 21st August - A weekend of music, art & dance
Fawsley Fayre is a annual event held in Fawsley Park, Northamptonshire.
It is a celebration of life in one of the most beautiful parks in England.

The Parkland
In the 1760's and 70's, Lancelot `Capability' Brown, the landscape gardener, was engaged to transform the estate viewed from the manor house. He transformed the park by creating sweeping vistas, planting trees and laying lawns. Many of the trees planted can still be seen today The three lakes, are Horsepond on the north side. The Canal on the south side and largest of the three, Bigwaters.
The festival will feature one main stage and dancefloor arena, a large mongolian yurt that houses the bar, sitting/film area with café and tea tents. Further afield there will be chillout 1 & 2 where people can relax and look back on the commotion and survey the whole park from the top of the hill. There will be a cricket match on Saturday afternoon on the other side of Badby woods and then music commencing from 7pm onwards. The party will go on all night and on into the next day with a SUNRISE set from PATHAAN
This FAYRE is strictly limited in numbers and purely for FRIENDS and FAMILY so please spread the word to those who fancy an intimate weekend !
